Maple Grove Gymnasium   

At this time, I would like to ask if you would be able with this year’s Halloween Bingo Night? If so, please indicate which area(s) you are interested in helping with: 

¨Set Up and Decorating the gymnasium
¨Planning, preparing and selling food
¨Master of Ceremonies for bingo
¨Prize table or bingo card checker
¨Admission table and food tickets
¨Organize and judge the costume contests
¨Organize the musical pumpkins game
¨Assist with organizing prize donations and purchasing prizes
